How we got started
Rooted Comfort grew out of a frustration we heard from neighbors, friends, and family — too many HVAC companies that showed up late, talked over their customers, and left behind bills full of surprises. We knew there was a better way.
We started in Winchester, KY, because this is home. We live here, our kids go to school here, and we want our neighbors to have someone they can actually trust when their heat goes out in January or their AC quits in August.
